Why nerf an already underperforming champion because XYZ abuse his core item (tiamat)?
Give +5 damage on Q +5 on healing cap, + 10 /+10 when empowered or increase his base stats
A 47% win rate champ doesn't deserve to have his refillable potion taken away for no reason whatsoever.
