Olaf should not be able to ignore attack speed slows with his Ragnarok

His R reads:

PASSIVE: Olaf gains bonus armor and magic resistance while Ragnarok is inactive. BONUS RESISTANCES: 20 / 30 / 40 ACTIVE: Olaf cleanses himself of all crowd control and becomes immune to it for 6 seconds, gaining bonus attack damage for the duration. For the first second of Ragnarok, he also gains bonus movement speed when moving towards nearby visible enemy champions.

Therefore attack speed slows, like Frozen Heart aura is not a cc, yet he is immune to it. Honestly, it's like an improved version of Master Yi's ultimate, ignoring all possible effects. I guess attack speed slows are coded as crowd control, could they not be Riot?

Olaf is running rampant! He is almost 90% ban rate and picked almost instantly if he is not banned. Nerf rito! Also when he throws an axe his attack speed should be halved, physics Rito his axe can't be in two places at once!
