How do you distingush different site's stats to find a reliable stat?

Despite this being the Gameplay boards, where logic and reason don't matter, what's the best way to determine accurate stats on Champions from different sites? It seems like a majority of different sites have different statistics.

Using Riven's winrate as an example, different stats put her at different places.

Lolking estimates Riven's winrate at high 40's for the most part with the occasional spike to 50%

Champion GG estimates Riven's winrate at 50%

League of Graphs puts Riven at 49%

How do you find a reliable stat to use for an argument?
