fix the matchmaking ffs Riot

Basically every single game you can tell what's the best team (ie., not balanced) in the first 5 minutes. They are doing nothing about it, so it's intentional for some reason (50% win ratio?).

fix the god damn matchmaking. why the fuck am i playing ranked with people who are a whole division below me. this is total bullshit when you're grouped with people with lower rank while the other team is filled with the current rank.
