Doesn't seem to be bought very much anymore even though it's supposed to be the staple item to buy for champions that want AP. Could probably use a price reduction by maybe 200 or 300 gold.

rabadon and zhonya have now both their own niche, rabadon is bought after 3/4 items because else it's not cost efficient zhonya is bought only if you can make use the active

Riot fucked the whole ap itemization by destroying luden, and buffing for 2 seasons item 3116 . item 3003 what is mana anymore, and why do i need this shit on a champ not named anivia? mana costs have been power creeped that you don't need this anymore. item 3151 what is DPS anymore, when i can just remove someone from the map in 2 spells

lol idk about it being riots fault. players seem to dig their own graves and riot just adapts. if i can afford to get it on a support then everyone else is just doing something wrong.

Yeah but 3800 gold is pretty crazy. Zhonya's is 900 gold less than that. It's an item to be bought for a spike in your AP after you get a few items but the thing takes ages to build because of how expensive it is. A 200 or 300 gold decrease in the price wouldn't hurt.

if you dont have 3 items the passive isnt reallyworth a damn and your paying for the passive to increase your over all ap

typically it should be 3rd or 4th... if you need item 3135 cuz they already stacked mr then you get 3rd if not get item 3089 3rd so lets say your normal build is this

item 3165 then either item 3157 item 3001 depending on what your facing an ad or ap laner. item 3020 then either item 3135 item 3089 3rd and the other 4th then you can finish the build off in whatever direction you need.

It's mainly the price. It's the most expensive item in the entire game. It's price should be something like 3550, not a massive 3800 gold. It should be a late game item, but it's price is ridiculous for an item that gives NOTHING but one offensive stat.
