Meanwhile, enemy jungle hasn't made a single appearance and may be AFK. Very fun and totally not frustrating.

its frustrating when the enemy jungler is afk? if thats ranked, i would be happy every 5v4 is almost a 100% win.

The point is that my lanes are feeding so badly, without any intervention from the enemy jungler, that I can't even safely gank them. Leaving me nothing to do but farm and watch them feed.

Yep. Or you and Mid are carrying, only for Top to feed and AFK. Then 5v4 against a descent enemy top, enemy jg, and enemy adc. Games drags on, which is funny, they should have won sooner, just to show you how much they were unable to push a lead (but you know Riot giving players free wins when when they cant push a lead, they still won thanks to changes in S6).

Just play master yi. Go devourer, essence reaver, starting shiv, deaths dance, Phantom dancer, infinity edge. 40 percent car and full crits. With good alpha strike timing you will be able to survive 1 very 3s.

Try cowseps build then. Devourer,guinsoos/bork,steaks gage, maw of malmortitious. You are tanks from steaks and maw but still can melt people with guinsoos/bork and devourer.
