Hec nerfs in pbe. Overkill?

Rampage (Q) COST: 24/26/28/30/32 mana to 20/23/26/29/32 mana ....PBE 32/35/38/41/44 from 20/23/25/29/32.

Hec mana cost where just fine. You buffed it because he was mana thirsty in the jungle. That change turned HEC into a top lane staple. Now you revoke the buff and you overkill him in top lane by changing it to way more than his old mana cost. Q used to cost 32. Why bring it up to 44? Isn't he supposed to spam that skills since the only interaction is that CD reduction? Could we just bring back to the old mana cost and just remove his damage cap to monsters?

You forgot to mention that they removed the damage penalty from his Q to jungle monsters

he gets to use 30% less 'q in the jungle but his early q's cost 50% more

i dont considerthat a fair tradeoff, basicaly heca will only live from 2:00 to 4:00 and then will come to life at 8:00 and die again at 10L00

basicaly he is a walking blue buff (not to mention that he already was able to go oom with blue)

My major concern is top lane hec : "overkill him in top lane ". Couldn't care less about him in the jungle since seijuani is a better choice.

Because they want him in the jungle and not top

Since his mana cost on his Q increased, it means that his laning sustain will be kind of weak now, since he still has to use his W to give him the healthy lane sustain. Now this only leaves him to sustain his mana bar in the jungle instead with the jungle builds. It's a good change to somehow push him off from top lane and bring him back into the jungle.
