Garen Q cooldown should start when he activates it.

If Riven can hold on to her Q for about 7 seconds and still have the cooldown go down after her first Q, why can't Garen?

Because Garen could then use Q, wait a bit, then land it and activate Q again to chain 5 seconds of silence. Riven at best could hold onto her third Q until near the end, use it, and then spam Q as much as possible to try and get 2 .5/.75 second knock ups.

I guess they could make it so he cant silence the same target within 3 seconds after the first Silence wears off?

Regardless, i am a bit iffy about this suggestion, mainly because Garen has been getting nothing but buffs lately. He hasnt been this strong in years.

to be fair, those buffs were deserved. his ult cooldown simply didnt make sense. they just brought it in line with other ults of similar power. 160 seconds for a single target spell was quite a bit over the top, if you consider that bigger, gamechanging ults of other champs had less of a cooldown.

that would be pretty funny tbh. at cdr cap this would mean you can silcence someone and then nearly immediately silence again, when the first one runs out.

i approve.

Because it would allow him to double silence
