Lifesteal adjustments slightly less from wrath elixir and more accessible elsewhere.
Goal: Trying to take some of the sustain out of having to rely so much on an elixir to round out one’s sustain properly. An elixir shouldn’t be imperative to have the right amount of sustain. Why should this crucial stat get most of its access on the back end of the game. To do this I’m taking out 7% lifesteal from wrath elixir and distributing it partly into lifesteal quints such that they offer 2% lifesteal again (limited to only 2 however), and into botrk offers 13%. (see below for detail on botrk would no longer sustain off passive however, evens out however). And 15% into hydra. Hydra gets reduced healing off aoe likely 1/3rd or by half, but offers 15% lifesteal. Or other solution is to make only the 15%lifesteal work with aoe cleave no outside source of sustain can sustain off it.
Bring back 2% lifesteal quints only allow up to 2.
New wrath elixir: 25 ad 3% lifesteal 10% healing off physical spell damage. Kills assist extends elixir duration by 35 seconds from 30.
Botrk: 13% lifesteal Active (healing ignores 50% resistance) (like new wota). Can no longer sustain off passive.
This evens itself out. Say I crit for about 500 damage. Times 3% = 15 health.
Say on average Botrk deal 5.7%. 5.7% of 3000 =? 171
10% of 171 = ? 17.1
with the buff to active should round it out.
