Adding an option to its active: Click it once only give yourself a movement speed boost. Maybe just 20ms boost with a less powerful slow. This would have a 25 second cooldown. Double click it and it gives the current active also boosting allies. 90seond cooldown

This would be quite nice on someone like olaf, skarner, darius... Especially as jungle. You'd Gank bot activate it, if the gank is not fruitful kill scuttles and by the time you reach mid its up again. Would also be a nice item choice along side cinderhulk.

Edit: first click active's bonus ms wouldn't stack with other sources. So you likely get it with item 3009 .

But even if you do get swifties with it it wouldn't be that bad. Kind of how some champions get item 3071 with item 3078 , item 3044 passive doesn't stack but still worth.

Its clear that item 2051 would be op in SR.

i think this suggestion is quite tame in comparison and would work in summoners rifts. unlike item 2051 , item 3800 's movement would only work when running towards and enemy. -the movement speed bonus for clicking it just once would not stack with other movemenspeed item buffs you have, it would not even stack with item 3742 .

nor do you get bonus mr or armor.

you'd click once after 0.5 seconds the non aoe ms boost activates. with a 25 or so second cooldown. if you click twice in this 0.5 second window the current aoe 90sec cooldown version activates. there could even be a slightly faster start that decays to it to makeup for that 0.5 sec delay.
