You're not really supposed to be playing in the jungle before you have full runes and masteries at level 30 anyways, so...

I have seen people die literally to minions, like no champion even near them

tell that to the people i played with in beginner bot games when i started a few months back. my very first game i didn't get a certain starting item with a champion and got berated the whole game. Try to join a beginner game and pretend you don't know what the meta is and see how people treat you.

I think you misunderstood me. I am not saying I think they are trolls. I am saying if you say "I don't know how to jungle and don't have any runes so I'm going to duo top", you get flamed the entire time and they call you a troll.

And since you can't get item 1039 w/out summoner 11 there is a whole group of items i've been using in lane that are restricted to players below lvl 10. I like item 3718 over item 3141 as a snowballing item because there's no penalty for death, think a lot of newer players could benefit from that.

Pretty sure they're trying to keep pre-10 Casual.

Seeing tryhards in pre-10 is just sad. Like, you have no idea how the game works at that point. Might as well have fun and mess around.

Runes and masteries also offer a considerable, noteworthy difference with 0 compared to 30/30. The jungle was largely re-designed to be a struggle for tryhard jungle champions with full runes and masteries. Kind of a dick move shoving that on sub-10 summoners.

Finally - Flash is crucial to pretty much every champion, and you don't get that until 12.

But the fact that you can't even buy a item 1039 or the new jungle items without having smite is half the issue. Yes, pre-10 should be somewhat causal, though would you honestly consider taking a huge portion of your game out "causal"?

Also if you want to consider causal gameplay, bots is probably as casual of an argument as you can make (at least considering the low skill level of them). Though bots are given and treated as level 30 summoners with full access to summoner spells, rune and masteries. You are inherently weaker than bots in the early game if you are a low summoner level, though while that's fine, it wouldn't be ok for people to attempt jungling without full access to R/M?

The main difference between beginner and intermediate bots is the runes/masteries/summoners. Beginner bots have level 0 stuff, intermediate bots have level ~30 stuff.

So no, bots in general don't have level 30 stuff.
