PSA: Different modes are different, and call for different play and attitudes.

Ranked is the genuine competitive mode with it's meta-game aspect and everything.

Normal Draft is a mode made to function like Ranked, but doesn't have the meta-game, so although you play it the same, you don't treat it the same. (In simple terms, you would try just as hard in Normal Draft as in Ranked, but you shouldn't care about the outcome.)

Normal Blinds is a non-serious mode for non-serious PvP play. If you act like you're playing Normal Draft, let alone Ranked, when playing Blinds, you're wrong.

Bots is for trying brand-new ideas you've never done before, playing when you don't feel like having human opponents (after all it does say "Co-Op"), and when you don't have time for a real match.

There is no meta in bots. The meta doesn't matter but does exist in blinds. The meta is a thing in Draft, but nobody has the right to get upset with you for going off-meta as long as you tried it in blinds first. Ranked uses the meta, but you can go off-meta as long as you know it works.

As I'm sure you can imagine, the reason for posting this PSA is people playing Blinds with Ranked attitudes. Don't be that guy, that guy is a fool. Almost as fooling as people acting like it's Ranked when playing on the PBE.
