How to fix Yasuo's current state

I've said that Yasuo is balanced for a while, but the meta has shifted over the past few months that has put him above others without directly changing him.

I think an appropriate shift of power would be to lower his Q's AD scaling early until leveled up and require Yasuo to decide between ranking up E and Q for different item builds and early game playstyle.

After this change, it'd be best to monitor his before determining whether or not he is balanced. If he isn't fixed after that, could make his W consume 75-25% of current flow(scaling off level of W) if the bar is not filled (to keep consistency)

prob the best fix ive heard so far everyone conplains about yasuo make it a cap blocks all minion damage but make it block 1/2/3/4/5 attacks from champs and flow consumed 20%/40%/60%/80%/100% or last 3-5 seconds based on level

If you scroll up on this post, he says he has "over 1500" games on Yasuo. Imma bet he has closer to 10.

You NEVER max Q. You always max E.

The best way to change Yasuo is to give him a reason to max his Q. He has no reason to max it. He needs two different build paths for two different roles where one makes him max Q while another makes him max E.

What you are saying is stupid as that isn't even what happens unless the Yasuo is trash. In that case, you shouldn't lose to a trash Yasuo.

If a Yasuo maxes Q first, then he is an idiot.

Alright. The Base Dmg isn't comparable. They both go up by 20 each time and E ends up with more base dmg.

Next. Cooldowns. The Cooldown of his Q is affected by attack speed, not maxing it. With his E, not only his static cooldown is affected, (0.5/0.4/0.3/0.2/0.1), but his on-target cooldown when he E's to someone is changed as well, (10/9/8/7/6).

Considering the fact that you would have to sacrifice tons of mobility for just a 20 dmg increase on his Q, there is no reason to max Q right now. The best way for him to need to max Q is to increase the cooldown early and then back to normal at max rank, that way he'll have to decide, more knockups or more mobility. If you lower the AD scaling, that is just another reason to rush crit and max E.

I am not "retarded", i am merely suggesting why your points and solution make no sense. I swear, the way you talk about the meta makes me think that Azir is going to have a 60% winrate after a few patches.

Also, you think that the windwall consuming flow would make him balanced? That would destroy his kit almost as much as they destroyed Azir's. But I bet you want that.

Considering the fact that you would have to sacrifice tons of mobility for just a 20 dmg increase on his Q, there is no reason to max Q right now.

The ONLY place i can see you maxing Q is against a Galio. That's it. It may be useful after his rework, but it would still be stupid to max it.

The rate I max Q on Yasuo is 1%. I have only done it once to counter a Galio.

i havnt played with him on live servers in ages i used him on the pbe all the time

He kinda just gets instant ban on live servers 90% of all the games i play also i dont mid lane on this account anymore Bot/Jungle

Yeah, I have trouble getting him sometimes so i go to blind. I personally like to play draft more, but my friend is impatient and we have to play blind with him.

Only trash bronze/silvers max Q.

E gives mobility, damage, and survivability || Upgrading lowers CD, increases damage W gives priceless defense || Upgrading lowers CD and makes wall enormous, again priceless Q gives damage and CC || Upgrading gives 20 damage per use.

Staying alive for 5 more seconds lets you do more than 20 extra damage
