Riot Should Address Sejuani's Current State

I used to love playing Sejuani the last couple of years because I knew she had an awesome late game and could change any lost cause into a complete turnaround if I could just get 3 or 4 items built, however the Cinderhulk meta and the aftermath have made playing her feel so unsatisfying. Her early game is even worse now and games seem decided by the 15 minute mark way more often during season 6. There is NO STRATEGIC REASON for my team to pick Sejuani in any game anymore. She has an ultimate she can use maybe 5 times a game and chances are you are going to screw it up at least once or twice. She has to be the easiest counterjungled champion in the game. She has a tough time building cooldown for her one good spell because the only tank cooldown items are MR based (which tanks could care less about) or glacial shroud items (that offer none of the health she needs for her kit). Other than her nerfed ultimate, I don't see how RIOT can say she is on par with Amumu, Volibear, Rammus or any of the other top tank junglers. Tanks don't have to deal a ton of damage but they have to deal SOME damage and right now it feels incredibly weak.

Was Cinderhulk completely broken with her kit? Absolutely and there should have been harsh nerfs that Riot took waaaay too long introducing at that time. But there was no way the item should have been nerfed as hard as it was only for her flail of the northern winds to be halved in damage as well.

I think it sucks whenever they make a jungle item with a unique passive which is simply and inferior version of the one you want to get. Runeglaive was in the same boat. I hate buying 60% of a Sunfire Cape passive when what I really want is a goddamned Sunfire Cape. But if I want to not buy Cinderhulk, I have to deal with my team raging at me for not buying a shit item that Rito is ramming down our throats.

Jungler items are stupid and put the entire jungle meta in a hostage situation. They can just pull champions in and out of the meta just by nerfing or buffing them whenever they feel like it.

I'm tired of this it-has-to-be-good-at-jungling-and-kind-of-suck-at-everything-else rule they keep reverting back to whenever they release a jungle item that doesn't suck and then they regret it a week later. How about the low-tier stuff they just sell directly as an upgrade to Smite and just leave the item slot open? Give us a little bit of itemization freedom instead of forcing (tanks out of) the meta...
