Ornn's ult should destroy Yas' windwall.
Destroying player made terrain is Ornn's thing. I think this should happen. Maybe even if it's just after the headbutt.

But it's not terrain.
Which is why, again, it should be destroyed by his ult, and yes it is, brush is terrain, but doesn't impede movement.
Terrain affects player movement Just because it has "wall" in the name doesn't make it terrain
Which is why I say the ult should destroy it not the dash.
I agree.
he can't block lux ult..
Nope, it's aoe not projectile, the ram is projectile.
Ornn's ult doesn't destroy terrain.
Yasuo wall isn't terrain anyway.
This just doesn't make sense.
Yale's ult is terrain, as is Veigar stun, brush, and River.
but his windwall isn't actually a terrain. It's not unpassable terrain like Taliya's wall is.
Rock, paper, Yas -NOTHING BEATS YAS.
Rock, paper, Yas -NOTHING BEATS YAS.
The almighty ban beats yas
^^
Im laughing so hard that he thinks his windwall is terrain... and now im dying inside that he thinks bushes are terrain.
His logic is ridiculous, but the idea is interesting. What if there was a champion that could destroy windwall? Might be pretty cool
I agree on that point. Tbh his windwall is tge unhealthiest part of his kit since more and more abilities are protectiles/skillshots.
I dont think yasuo is strong or imbalanced... but his interactions with a lot of champs is obnoxious mostly due to windwall.
Id prefer to remove that ability from yasuo and give it to someone else.
Then maybe give a champion the ability to break it or have a break threshold once its in more of a utility champs kit.
So youd have the option of an unbreakable version with braum (but he takes damage) and an unmovable one like yasuo where no one takes danage but breaks or doesnt stay up as long.
Thats just ny opinion doe.
They are terrain. Rivers and brush are terrain. Wind can cause rough terrain. Its all terrain hiw do you not know what terrain is? And if you think it has to do with movement, you can get ms buffs in brysh and river, Yas's w used to grabt movement speed. Its all terrain, it just isnt a literal wall.
Nocturns trail is terrain, teemo shrooms is terrain, caitlyn traps are terrain, morganas pool is terrain, Yis Q is terrain, hecarim mid ult is terrain, shacos clone is terrain, urgots chains are terrain, udyr mid stance switch is terrain.
Orrn ult should stop all those things.
EDIT: kayles invulnerable shield is terrain too.
The problem is that terrain is an actual thing, and Teem shrooms and Nocturne trail ARE terrain, as would technically but less so, Cait and Shaco boxes, and Hecarims aura modifies the terrain to cause damage, so he can create terrain. I wouldnt mind Ornn breaking those as well it would make him more interesting. The rest are self buffs, skill shots, and a clone and have nothing to do with the environment.
yasuo can block his R?
yasuo can block his R?
Yasuo's ult blocks quite a few abilities it shouldn't be able to.
Lux ult
Braum ult
and apparently Orn ult.
Yep a little wall of wind can block a kamehameha, a fissure of rock and ice, and a giant molten rammed summoned by a frekking demigod sounds legit.
It can't block Lux ult, but everything else is correct. It's a decent counter. Braum can destroy it too.
By walking into it right? Also dont 2 Yas windfalls cancel each other?

Maybe Riot changed it, but I have seen both in game and here on forums that his windwall HAS blocked lux's basic skills, and her ult along with Braums ult. Maybe there was just misinformation. Either way it should NOT do that so if it doesn't already then well good.
Liz's ult is aoe not a projectile.
That's exactly why his windwall doesn't block her ulti. It's just like a Vel'Koz ulti.
Yasuo's ult blocks quite a few abilities it shouldn't be able to.

why on earth have you not been downvoted to hell yet
He's just tilted because he doesn't know how to play against a Yasuo.

Not lux ult. That's a laser. Blocking lasers = big no no
If windwall is terrain, then people shouldn't be able to walk through it. That sounds like a very nice Yasuo buff to me.
Brush and River are terrain. I'm sorry I didn't realize they were walls.
We'll see what Riot does about it.
windwall is not terrain.
its an ability like karthus w.
Ornn is about destroying impassable terrain, not terrain in general. Plus, even if YOU consider Windwall terrain, it doesn't count as terrain when it comes to the core mechanics of the game. Mechanically speaking, Windwall, brush, and the river are not terrain. Technically speaking, they can be. However, gameplay should be balanced around mechanics, not technicalities. Plus, this is far too niche of a bonus to add to his ultimate as it basically is just "Screw Yasuo and no one else really". Riot doesn't do balance changes on one champion to make them directly counter another champion. If a champion is a naturally born counter (such as Olaf countering CC heavy champions), then Riot might buff them if the meta is filled with CC and they want a change. However, buffing one champion to simply force them to hard counter another champion is not how Riot works.
TL;DR Ornn's ultimate should not break Windwall as it doesn't make sense mechanically since Windwall isn't terrain mechanically speaking, and this change doesn't fit into Riot's philosophy when it comes to making balance changes. If there were MANY things like Yasuo's Windwall it might be acceptable, but that is not the case.
