Especially you Sivir Jinx players, you can literally apply it to the entire enemy team.

Mid season is when that occured, it was preseaon they made it self healing only in the first place and has since been reverted

they are nerfing her w cd early, but mid late game wise she is still going to be retarded.

not to mention her ult over 1k healing on every member of the team.

I think one of the problems is, ADC builds are so damn finicky. (I don't really enjoy playing glass cannons) Since your DPS is based on the union of 3 or 4 stats. (AD, AS, Crit chance, Armor pen) It's often a massive drop in DPS to pick up a situational item.

Also, saying that Executioners calling reduces raka's heals by 40%, is assuming that your constantly reapplying the Grievous wounds. That isn't necessarily the case. Raka's heal can certainly work as an out of combat sustain. (Especially if you did one of those cheezey wormarg builds) And depending on who the enemy ADC is, you can't necessarily afford to constantly trade blows with your ADC.
