In almost every ad assassin case they would be delayed if not for Duskblade. Duskblade was made into the monster it is because the AD assassins just weren't working well with the delays and unlike their AP counterparts they didnt offer anything but damage. Leblanc got mage'd up which makes no sense to me because they didn't even change how she works they just made her worse at it. Also when fed most of them do not need the delays post duskblade. Before unless you were monstrously fed in advance you were way more delayed with 1 second combos now taking 2 seconds or more at base.
Also kayn (when not fed) has one of the longest burst times of all assassins that have burst just due to the built in delays on his skills.
