You should also nerf gold card max duration to 1,5 seconds, it's basically the same thing, lasts 2 seconds too, has the same range and deals more damage than Ryze's root

It's also on a very different kit and a lot more telegraphed, both of which matter a LOT more as far as character balance goes than the duration alone.

Tf can TP to any lane and gold card someone else, letting allies destroying that target, imo this is more powerful than a Ryze flash E+W, but yeah "imo"

TF's Teleport is ALSO telegraphed and requires pretty good predictive abilities. The more important part here, though, is that TF is much more vulnerable and not as powerful a duelist or a laner as Ryze when Ryze is strong. His weaknesses are bigger, his CC is delayed, and his builds leave him much more vulnerable in general.

TF builds most of the time item 3027 and item 3102 turning him into an almost Malzahar 2.0. In lane he barely does anything aside of farming because if you try to come near, he just gold card you and runs away. His weakness is basically waiting for him to use his card or buy a QSS, but isn't that similar to Ryze ?

TF's W is also his primary mana retention tool, and has a potential 2-second delay timer before he gets the card he wants, while Ryze has his immediately and can simply reserve it until needed at no meaningful cost. His overall damage and dueling power is lower, his early game is terrible by comparison, and the lane he is in is usually against other ranged characters or assassins (who can simply destroy him before he can reliably pull a gold card), while Ryze traditionally spends a large amount of time top bullying melee champions.
