Why is my MMR so low?

I win more games then i lose over my past 20 and my mmr is so bad right now. Can anyone explain it please? I have like never really really bad 0-10 performances and do mostly even when i lose well on my team. Is that MMR acurate or how can i figure out how good my MMR is? A weak ago when i checked it i had like P5 MMR when i was in G2 and now i got the message that my MMR is pretty bad.

Do you play solo, or dynamic the most?

Keep in mind that 3rd party estimates of your MMR are just estimates, and not necessarily reflective of your actual mmr.

If you're getting matched with people in the same division as you, and getting the same LP gains as you lose (or slightly more), than your MMR is fine. If not, all there is to it is winning more matches.

Note that your performance in the game doesn't actually matter, it's only win or lose.
