@Meddler Any plans on Vlad?

He feels okay but doesnt seems to be in a usefull spot. His winrate has gone up after the recent buffs , but still is just mediocre. Any thoughts on buffs?

I think he just needs a little bit more to be a great pick. Does Riot want Vlad to be a great pick? We don't know.

My problems are with mid and late game actually. I think ult should hit harder at max rank.

I think his ult should execute minions. I mean it wont be useful for that. I just think its weird when you hit a minion with it they only lose like 3/4 of their health from the ult.

I think I get quite upset when his Q gets denied mid channel, so if Riot wants to help the sanity of Vlad mains they should fix that.

But seriously, make him good, been watching EU CS and the casters love him, they actually asked for more Vlad every day since that 4G game because he's a big bag of fun.

He needs to have better teamfight mechanics. His laning isn't the problem.
