@Meddler Any plans on Vlad?
He feels okay but doesnt seems to be in a usefull spot. His winrate has gone up after the recent buffs , but still is just mediocre. Any thoughts on buffs?

I think he just needs a little bit more to be a great pick. Does Riot want Vlad to be a great pick? We don't know.
He needs to have better teamfight mechanics. His laning isn't the problem.
