I didn't queue up for bots to watch you scum out an inhib at 10 minutes

Past time something was done about bots. Given the lack of sandbox mode, and the greater simulation of co-op vs. AI compared to customs (+IP), I like to test some stuff out. The problem? Hard to test out builds when games rarely go past three items. This has been exaggerated with Riot's poor decision to move towards faster games.

How to fix:

1. Buff towers. Self explanatory. Inhib towers are a complete joke.
2. Better bot AI. Bots do some things extremely well. They do others extremely poorly. Why not make them lukewarm at everything?
3. Less gold for repeated kills on the same bot.
4. Make a jungling bot. More of a realism complaint than anything.
5. Fix broken champs. Fat chance, right? I too long for a day when Jinx cannot solo an inhib tower without a minion wave.
