Hubble has found more evidence that Ganymede has a subsurface ocean. This hypothesis is not new-- that icy moons that have a rock-ice interface could have oceans-- but this is more evidence that this is the case, and on Ganymede no less-- the biggest moon in our solar system. Not only does the evidence suggest an ocean, but the biggest ocean found to date-- bigger than those on Europa and Enceledus. Very interesting.

Neat. A shame we can't focus more on such things with the problems bombarding the USA lately. Should have been among the stars already.

Underground saltwater ocean, eh? That's actually pretty cool.

I think I heard of plans to send an automatic submarine like drone to Europa to try and 3d map its ocean.

Science needs more funding to get to these places faster and more frequently. We need to know.

My mind is still blown at the pictures from Mars. Just the thought of landing a man made object on the surface of another celestial object and taking pictures is just mind blowing.
