Did the Hotfix to EoN Really Change Anything?

Seriously, someone plz tell me there is a difference between the item not too long ago and the hotfix to it now. It still feels canerous to play against. On top of this, when looking at the item in game THE STATS ARE THE EXACT SAME!!! Now the thing is, the cooldown and damage are actually nerfed, the cooldown is 45 seconds and the damage is 55, but the info on the item is still the same as before (Riot fucking fix this).

But back to my point, the fix just doesn't seem to do much. The duration on this thing is still ridiculous of 10 seconds, as well as providing a (still) large amount of damage + LETHALITY** AND** MR, making this a complete nightmare for mages. But, personally, worst of all is that whenever I see a Jhin Khazix Rengar Riven Graves Varus and whoever else builds this as a essential now a days, I just die a bit inside because I know I still have to face this piece of shit item.

This is just the go to item for anyone who wants lots of damage but also a small "no worries about CC" card. Why buy Banshee's which has it's cooldown reset when you take champ damage when you can get this with constant cooldown AND Damage? Why take Maw when oyu can have this which provides almost just as much, if not more, damage and MR plus the bonus of Banshee's?

Bottom line: it's a broken item that can't easily be hotfixed or balanced. It's either weak and pathetic when lethality is also weak and pathetic or it's insanely OP/annoying when lethality is as well. They are better off just removing this item cause I've have enough of it already.
