There isn't a single adc in this game who's been nerfed more than Ezreal

And there's not a single adc with more skillshots than him. So please don't tell me Ezreal doesn't take skill, because he is almost 100% skillshot. And (this just in) skillshots can be dodged, so he has more counterplay than anyone else. Still can't dodge his ult? Just hide behind the minions (the tutorial for noobs explicitly tells you to STAY BEHIND YOUR MINIONS) and the damage is reduced. Ezreal has so much counterplay, and he needs so many different stats (armor, mana, cdr, health, etc) it's stupid. In fact, I can't think of a single stat he doesn't need. Ezreal's 'e' takes up WAY too much of his power budget.

He literally said, skillshot champs need skill because they have "skillshots". Its like saying I have a headache because my head aches.

I've been playing a bit of ezreal recently, and I gotta disagree. He's actually Hella easy. The hit box on his q is really forgiving, and w passes through minions so that's easy to hit too. The only part of his kit that really takes any brainpower is his e (not dashing into a Darius axe, jumping so that you hit a champ and not a minion) and learning that he still can auto attack and doesn't have to q everything

Kalista hasn't received more nerfs than Ezreal.

More, perhaps not, but more impactful, definitely. Ezreal is still viable, Kalista... isn't. Intentionally so.

Varus has been nerfed. It all started with the marksmen update. Ult does less damage .... then when they nerfed/changed fervor from on hit to increasing ad...thenot nerfing lethality which made his caster build useless.
