Please what is this madness of buffing leblancs chains.

I have heard from the leblanc mains reddit about the new leblanc changes that you are making. And I honestly dont know WHY you guys are so into this "delayed damage" mechanic you introduced to us.

After nerfing almost all of her instant damage, nerfing her mobility, we were promised some sort of compensation for these very harsh nerfs, and your answer is "buff chains, people who are hit by skillshots are outplayed"!? This skill is one of the most complained parts of current leblancs kit, it is also not a representative part of her kit which requires skill since it automatically applies the passive alone. Cant you nerf her waveclear and give more damage to her Q so we dont need hextech gunblade?

...And yeah, even that hex-lich build isnt a problem in the current scene. Like how much darn gold does that build need.

I wish she wasn't complete damageless trash that's literally only picked in MSI for her snare tether length and waveclear.

I really wish the chain range once it hits you wasn't the largest thing in the god damn game so you don't need to use a dash and flash to escape it

Like this skill rewards are immense if it connects. They could either. Just nerf the tether range. Or make a mechanic that would allow you to tug the enemy IN tether range that requires leblanc to commit.

If you manage to get hit with the chain you deserve to either flash, dash, or get rooted. It's so easy to dodge or make it hard for a lb player to hit.

Keep in mind it's just a root not a suppression, and almost every mid laner can still fight back while rooted.

This, it can also apply to similar champs. (people keeps saying Arhi's charm has no Conterplay. Forgetting to dodge the skill shot.) However, saying a Rooted mid laner can fight back may be a bit much, Mostly because midlaners are squishy, and rely on avoiding hits rather than tanking them.

Nerf her Wave clear too much, and she won't be able to function in lane. Besides, since they reworked her Q to help facilitate wave clear, her chains are pretty much the only place you could add power back, without increasing her wave clear significantly. Which might explain why she has become so Reliant on Itemization for Single target Damage. (And is that even a bad thing?)

Old LB functioned fine without waveclear. Buffing her chains is not the way to go about anything. It's buffing her distortion, removing waveclear and making the cook timer scale lower. Right now I am just stomping with LB and it's because I can kill squshies super safe with Q > RQ and then go sustain off a wave with my gunblade.
