Riot: Can we get a way to request a hard reset on an account for Rank?

I feel like my account is in a stat that Match Making for me is bugged. Often Riot MMing puts my team with an average win rate under 45% vs a enemy team with average win rate of over 60%

I want to hard reset my Ranked stats (zero history, zero LP) and start again. This is the same as if I made a new account but why should I have too? This is the account with the skins and the champs. Making a new account is just wasting my time to level and collect BE to get the champs.

Just allow us to reset the Ranked stats of my current account.
