item 1038 into item 3087 (or your faovrite situational zeal item) into item 3031 into item 3085 (or your favorite situational zeal item).

Should make up the remaining of your build. Storm razor is an assassin item, not a marksman item. Stop buying it unless youre Draven, Jhin, Vayne, or quinn.

I'd say static first buy would be okay, with press the attack for sure. Or rageblade with staticc is the way to go :D

I've been having marginal success with bf into a zeal item, then going into IE. Its still not ideal, you still feel weak as shit, but I like it more than q storm razor rush
