What is going on at Riot HQ? Everytime I look at patch notes, I just shake my head more and more. Gotta make sure top lane tanks can't fucking bring teleport anymore against Ignite users like Quinn or Riven, all because bot lane was abusing something once again.
Botlane turret dies if you breath, no wonder why botlaners are taking TP
And Flash is still untouched

Actually I think Mid got TP nerfed the past couple times. Ghost too
Huh? Ignite got buffed patches ago. Are they really buffing it AGAIN?
The morello's rework didn't help heal much either
I do genuinely think that reworking Flash would have been a better call then, say, reworking runes. :p But it would have been almost as big a job.
