Anyone else tired of J4?

I personally ban him every game, i honestly cant narrow down what makes him annoying because i would call him a "generalist" just because he seems to have a godamn answer to everything like

His kit should be more of a double edged sword not a blade that cuts thru everything. He can do anything in any situation, he has a better gap closer than since its just Q alone, that amount of mobility is broken very early in the game, it allows him to be anywhere at the right time.. now lee sin falls off, that i can admit and his cheesy tactics wear off with armor and some time lapse within the match. However.. this guy becomes the sheriff of the rift LITERALLY. Having both a gap closer like that and a trap in his ultimate he has a smooth game across the entire match he can go tanky and still do what he needs to do, or full out dmg. His problem is that he has no weak point in the game basically.

Thematically as a class idk what i would label him as so i say that's a very strong indicator of him being a over tuned generalist.
