Baron buff shouldn't provide Empowered Recall
Due to implementation of automatic homeguard bonus post 20th min. and empowered minions after taking Baron already makes split push strategy very difficult (that's Riot has been buffing

while them being at a decent to begin with). Added to that, getting Baron Buff provides Empowered Recalls, which is the reason why the old macro choice: 'Do we 5 man rush baron of send someone to defend someone against split push' isn't a choice anymore, meaning that getting the buff makes your team invulnerable to split push, both if the split pushing is ongoing (baron empowered recalls+homeguard bonuses) and if it should happen after it (empowered minions cannot be cleared before the split pushers' minion wave dies, meaning that turret gets backdoor protection).
