Are slows a problem?

Pretty much every champion has a form of slow, or even worse, a form of CC. Yet there are very limited options when it comes to preventing slows. Slows can reduce counterplay drastically and also be very annoying to deal with, since most champions have them slapped on their abilities? Slows seem to be really overlooked as part of the CC chain problem because even if you survive a direct root/snare/stun etc, you are normally instantly slowed because most champions have them tacked on their normal abilities.

The answer to your question: No.

Your first statement: False. Your second statement: False.

Slows are not only the easiest CC to deal with, but also don't prevent you from fighting back. They're supposed to punish players who are attempting to run instead of standing their grown.

I guess the problem is the mobility riot puts into the game and you need something to counter it.
