Any chance SG Soraka's homeguard and Q effects can be looked at?

I absolutely love the skin Soraka got, but my only gripes with it are her homeguard and Q buff effects on her are oddly sluggish. As someone else described it, they look like frames are dropping when either of these affects are on her.
