Before buffing Sivir directly I suggest trying out some QoL buffs
Here are two suggestions:
- Make her W act like a spell
Sivir's W is currently the most clunkiest type of spell, since it can crit but doesn't apply on-hits nor spell effects. This change will make things much clearer and I
won't be asking myself which effects this thing can apply. Heck, I bet the new
on PBE doesn't work with Ricochet even though it s a damaging spell.
This will acutally create some interesting options like Thunderlords or Deathfire
- Make her E "stronger"
Right now if champions like
and 
can hit a spellshielding 
and still get the heal portion of the
spell, which looks more like a bug. Also, if I'm not mistaken, you can spellshield Fiddle's Dark Wind and completely eat the projectile, while it doesn't nulify Brand's ultimate (not that bad considering i'm comparing a basic ability to an ultimate but
it's still lack of clarity)
Edit: Also, something frequently requested on r/Sivir, make her Spellshield proc her passive
