Nocturne's Duskbringer in the Fog of War

Nocturne's Duskbringer is visible in the fog of war, meaning whenever he is not within vision, a player on the opposing team can still keep track of where Nocturne is by looking for his Duskbringer trail. Is this intended?

I don't feel that it's right that I can give away my position away from the fog of war. This applies to Shaco's Deceive as well. If the opponent does not have wards where I am, why should he/she be able to see me? Theoretically, if one player on the opponent's team was assigned to keep a tab on where Nocturne's Q is, then Nocturne could just be constantly "warded" as his Q would just give away his position.

If anyone has any opinions that they would like to give, please post below. I would even accept opposing views, but do try to keep this discussion civil.

I hadn't actually known his Q was visible in fog of war. Seems kinda strange for it to be like that.

For Shaco, I'm happy his deceive shows that. Otherwise the only counter to his ganks would be a pink ward on one side and his jungle completely warded on the other, which seems kinda bad for someone with pretty high burst and a stealth (with the stealth being a non ultimate)

i have also noticed its the same with Vi when she uses her ''Exessive Force'', and im wondering about he same thing. When Vi is jungling and he uses her Exessive Force on a monster camp, its visable from the lane Is it really intended that people see where Vi is?
