When are those Rylai nerfs coming

The only issue I ever see with it is DoT champions abusing them.

Honestly don't think Liandry's should proc it's effect the WHOLE time of a DoT, nor should Rylai's (or at least lower the slow strength, it's still crippling even without hitting the soft cap on slowed movement.)

Those are the ones that get to play on autopilot and get free elo at this point with it.
