I'm slightly disappointed about the logistics behind this. Thresh's lantern has souls in it. He's murdered those people and stored them there. Yet Senna seems remarkably ALIVE for having been dead in Thresh's lantern for such a long time. I would have expected her to look more, ya know, dead, extremely non-corporeal, and less "dead" in the Pyke sense of just being a guy with scary eyes. It's getting to be Jean Gray and Kai'Sa all over again - what's the point of being dead if you're just going to come back to life at whim, looking like you strolled out of a photoshoot at Milan? When black people die in Runeterra, do their bodies and spirits not decompose or look like all the other undead apparitions? Pyke doesn't, now Senna doesn't, so I'd like some answers about the design trend here.
I mean, I'm stoked that it took 10 fucking years for League to add an actual black woman into the game, but not so stoked that she AGAIN is a generic looking supermodel that doesn't really look like she belongs in the story they're trying to tell about her. Spooky green eyes don't make an undead spirit that's been locked in a lantern for years.
