what I would like to see out of the marksman update (from an ADC main)

A bigger X graph of the ADC characters into the two main groups (hyper-scaling vs lane bully). Have lane bully champs like lucian have a much better early game but fall off harder late game, where tristana has a bad lane but amazing late game. Hyperscale ADC nerf base stats increase scaling. Lane Bully ADC buff base stats then nerf scaling. This makes it hard to blind pick an ADC without fear unlike early in S8 where I could blind pick tristana without worry.

Zeal items now this is where people complain about it being too cheap, but I don't think the cost is the only problem but if needed add 100-300 to the cost of each. I think I would make
at 1300 gold but nerf the crit chance from 20% to 15% then keep the final items the same as they are now. -
Dorans blade nerf - make it 2% life steal from 3% or remove the 3% life steal and give you 5-23hp on hit (scaling with level). Need to make it so you actually have to pick life steal or crit chance.

Energizer - Make energizer stack slower, you get it way too fast by going RFC, Shiv and Fleet Footwork. This will slow down healing in lane with wave clear from shiv. Currently if you are a champion that goes shiv (vayne, cait, tristana etc.) there is no reason not to follow it up with RFC. Make getting all 3 not stack faster but 2 of the 3 give you the fastest stacking possible and the 3rd doesn't stack any quicker. This will open up more options to go with for the 3rd crit item instead of pigeonhole people to RFC.
