I need help

I don't know what to do anymore I am stuck in bronze and losing hope. I have been trying to carry my way out using my main jax and I have been carrying most games I play but know matter what I do my teammates just seem to not want to win. I will have a lane feed the enemy so hard they can blow us up late game even if I have 20+ kills and a full build, someone troll or just not want to play or have someone just not know how to play the game at all. I do every thing I need to do. I push lanes, harass, get objectives, and split push the only 2 thing so could do bette is die a little less and cs more but when I have a team that is ping deaf or a mid leaner who wants to go in 1v5 there is not much I can do. If anyone can reel me what I'm doing wrong I would be so grateful.
