@Meddler @Reav3 reminder that we need better statbinding
Hello Ritoers, I know you've talked about statbinding subclasses ever since the Juggernauts update, so before you had defined all subclasses. I know not all of them require a definite statbinding that has absolutely zero overlap with other subclasses. However, I'd like to point out that among the first "principles" you decided on, there's still inconsistencies.
You removed crit from
because you wanted it to be for assassins and didn't want any inconsistent damage on their all-ins.
But
is a ranged assassin and she has crit scaling on her burst passive's cd.
And
has been playing crit builds with
for years because they're the attackspeedless crit items, and now he's left with only IEdge, making crit builds a waste of time. He should have the crittability removed and the damage buffed (maybe the AD ratio so he has a better "ahead" case?)
You said you wanted juggernauts and other fighters to specialize on HP stacking over resistances, while tanks should specialize in resists.
You created
for that.
But
still has an HP increasing ult and low base armor, with no incentive to buy AP whatsoever. His passive also gives him more effective health through lifesteal, it should be changed to flat lifesteal + % max HP.
And
favors AS / AA-reset based champions over its intended users of juggernauts.
You said you wanted marksmen to specialize in high crit (so they were less necessary for objective taking but were even more influential in TFs). But look at what happened with MF, Jhin, Ashe and Lucian. And Jhin and Ashe even have heavy crit & AS scaling in their kit, meaning the numbers were just completely off.
Please thiink about these things for Preseason.
