Stop releasing resourcless champions

Agreed. Or introduce more abilities that cannot benefit from CDR.

LOL at the down votes. TC is right. resourceless champs are obnoxious=, especially when they have low CDs. Here I am with long CDs and mana costs to my spells while Katarina is constantly throwing Q's without thought and W-ing whenever its up off its 3 second cooldown just because she can.

Resourceless champs need more properly defined drawbacks beyond "mana items are wasted stats and less cost efficient on me"

Especially if they are gonna push this whole "mana bar should matter" thing they are with the mana changes back during the MYMU.
