Why is this component item so ridiculously good? Its a 900g component item that is 107% efficient from stats alone, It also practically makes mana meaningless. This thing could honestly use a nerf. Its ridiculously strong for how cheap it is.

I think the champs that can get away with spamming like Syndra and Veigar simply need to be looked at.

He doesn't "need" to spam. He should be last hitting , sure. but there should be a trade off for doing so. Only way Veigar really goes oom is if he is throwing out E's thoughtlessly.

dunder kill2 votesThe lethality changes that were barely even a buff? Lets break this down. If you finish your Youmuu's at level 7/8 like normal. You get an extra TWO armor pen than last patch. TWO. But now it's suddenly broken? By the time you get a 2nd item it actually balances out to almost the same as last patch. But now OMG SO OP. I swear people just look for reasons to complain. Lethality is negligibly better than it was last patch.

Eedat1 votesThe lethality changes were negligible at best. There's no way they were strong enough to pull a champion that's bad into top tier. All the champions doing well with lethality builds were alreadyy doing well before they buffed it
