He counters most AS based champions which is nice with devourer, can set up and turn around team fights? But y'know what ever I want to think in this elo. I'm obviously Bronze because Malphite is bad. What is with this first Amumu and now Malphite. I'll tell you how my game goes after this. I picked Malphite support to spite him, because I got last pick.

Only Play Darius1 votesMalphite is actually becoming a problem. He is immovable top lane if he builds tank, and midlane he builds AP and shits on assassins because he does nuke damage while also being durable as hell because of how good AP itemization is.

very little. the main problem is his laning phase is fairly weak. he is though one of the strongest team fighting tanks because of his kit though. if you enjoy him, just keep playing him.
Enosetc1 votesyou honestly should ignore it when anyone in silver says X is a bad champion based purely on the fact that most people in silver usually pick what's obnoxious in the current meta and don't really perform well if they can't get a highly-contested pick
it's the people who know how to play their champs regardless of their current balance state that you climbing out of that elo. if you're confident in your ability to perform on malphite, play him.
