Everyone who bought Veigar or any of his skins should be given a refund.

And moreover, keep them, unless Riot is just going to completely remove him from the game. The only thing more disgusting than how Riot has handled this and how they put in literally zero effort on trying to do anything other than flat out delete Veigar is the idiots defending them for it. And before people come in with "Well they're going to fix him", no, they aren't. They have no intention of it, because you can't make a champion "less toxic" or "more balanceable" when you remove literally the only thing they do that isn't damage. Or are you fools going to not complain when he has to be throwing Nid spears on his Q just to function? There was nothing well thought out about these changes, and there never was going to be.
