@Riot What about Fizz's passive?
I really like the fact that he can move through minions without being blocked, however, the damage reduction from AAs feels a bit, worthless, can we at least double the reduction when it comes from a champions AA?

The damage reduction should at least apply to spells if they are keeping it in game. The passive is REALLY mean't for top lane when you move through the minions, poke with your extended range (175 range), apply your dot and move back out, taking less damage from enemy return autos. It does not work for someone who is standing 500 units away from the wave spamming spells at you.
Riot could always give them a 3 hit passive! ;)
Flat damage reduction is actually super strong, even if it doesn't look like it. Personally, I'd rather get rid of it and replace it with Seastone Trident's passive, since Fizz already has enough tools to evade damage, but ultimately the effect itself doesn't need a buff.
Yeah taking 3-6 less damage from auto attacks in lane is actually super strong kappa
It's 4-14, and against minions that is equivalent to 50 bonus armor against melee minions, 21 bonus armor against caster minions, and 11 bonus armor against siege minions at level 1, and goes up from there. Flat damage reduction is also calculated after resistances, meaning they significantly increase the relative armor it gives, which was one of the reasons why tank Fizz was so durable.
