Draven has a fundamentally problematic kit

I feel as if Draven is far too strong for what he does.

Let's break this down:

Q: More damage in exchange for slightly telegraphed attacks.

W: Attack speed and MS steroid.

E: Built in CC and slow.

R: Who cares. It's spinny axes flying at you from far away.

Passive: Gets lots of gold on kills.

I feel as if this kit is FAR too problematic. First off, his Q ensures he wins any sort of trade in lane against any other ADC. He just straight up wins, and the increased damage from his Q is probably too high, considering you can easily get 3 or 4 shot by it. No other ADC can 4 shot someone with BF sword. HIs W and E combined are also a massive issue-if he just did damage, that would be fine. I don't care, I'll just let him push. But no, his E means if you step up to CS, you just die. Why does he have CC? Ok, fine, let's say the E just makes you airborne. Why in the world does he have 2 TYPES OF CC in his kit? Name another ADC that does this. Sure, maybe Ashe, but she's immobile...oh, did I mention Draven gets bonus MS and attack speed for little/no mana and short cooldown? This in itself is already problematic: you have an AD that beats out any AD in terms of damage early/mid game, who also can force a fight in lane even if the opponent plays the lane very passively. The most insane part to me though, is his passive: he gets more gold. WHY? This makes him insane. He has far too high damage when trading with enemies through his Q. He can beat any AD in this regard. Then he can just run them down with little to no risk, and he can easily escape death because, unlike other ADCs with utility and CC, he has mobility. But his passive tops it off for me. Not only does he already do more damage, he gets more damage because if he kills anybody at all, he gets more gold.

In Summary:

-He does more damage and can out trade any ADC. -CC as a ADC is a death sentence. He has built in CC. -He has a MS steroid that lets him chase/escape. -He has a AS steroid that let's him out trade other ADs even more. -HIs passive gives him more gold. He can run at you and get a kill, and the lane's done. You literally lost lane with 1 kill given over. This does not happen in nearly any other lane matchup, only for Draven.

This champion seems to be extremely problematic to me-he has a far too strong early, a far too strong mid, and (supposedly) a weak late. But he doesn't have a weak late because it is far too easy for him to get kills on enemy laners, negating his one and true weakness.

Hes not very strong right now.

1.) he has short range for an adc which means hes always going to have to focus on trying to kite while catching his axes. Its hard enough 2v2 but in team fights thats hectic. Its more damaging early on but also more difficult to use than passive crit chance

2.) I cant think of a single adc that doesnt have some sprt of movement speed and/or attack speed steroid.

3.) His cc is terrible. Not even a stun. A 2 second 40% slow is only used to escape or secure a couple more auto attacks. Every adc but 2 have some form of cc or another

4.) His passive is meant for snowballing. Its the only stacking mechanic in the game that loses value if you die. And until he gets to cash in a few stacks, hes at a disadvantage of not having a passive thats helping him in combat

You shouldve seen when draven didnt have to catch axes and instead had a bleed effect like darius or talon. He was literally the ad teemo. This draven has nothing on OG draven [draven-pose]

but, Draven has short range. His MS buff is really short, and his ult is a skillshot. He snowballs very hard, yes, but if he doesn't GET to snowball, he feels extremely useless. He doesn't scale very well at all without that snowballed lead. Literally just DONT feed Draven, and you win.
