Redirect all damage (before reductions) dealt to champions shielded by her as true damage to herself
Ult should heal enemies as well, will make it an even playing field

They should give her Kindred ult, and give Kindred a real ult that fits her theme.
On your post, Raka is is the 3rd highest winrate support right now in Diamond +, so give her the "she is unable to solo lane but still does amazing at the support role treatment"?
