So I realized a way to make league feel a lot better to play. Just completely fix the hit boxes on abilities. Three great examples are morganas root hit box, illoai’s q hit box and all of luxs hitboxes. There are plenty more but if riot did an over haul on hit boxes in this game I feel like it would make a world of difference.

If Morgana's Q had any smaller of a hit box it would basically be removed from the game. Yes the hitbox is huge. It is also one of the slowest moving projectiles in the game.
I wish they would make it smaller and faster, but simply making it smaller would destroy the champion.
