Champion select takes to long
As it stands, if everyone goes to the maximum time limit allowed to pick/ban it's 8 minutes and 30 seconds, 30 seconds per person on pick and banning.
Can we drop it to 15 seconds per person?

While I'm not against bringing the total time down, I do wish they'd add some time at the end.
Being last pick and having your intended champ picked by the enemy team, then having to chose a new champ based off team comp, etc then do masteries can be stressful^^"
Agree 100%. When I'm working like 8-9 hours a day and commuting 2 hours a day my personal time becomes very limited.
When I play a game, I want to play the game. These long as hell champion selects combined with the rate people dodge mean it can sometimes take forever to get in a game. It's very frustrating and makes me just play other games where it's fast to get into gameplay such as CS:GO, Overwatch... I have played League since 2010 and I feel like in 2k17 it takes more time than ever between champ select, people refusing to surrender when we're 5/30 with 2 inhibs down and no objectives taken, people dodging...
Bahhhhh I really don't like complaining but Riot should make this game less time consuming in a few ways, gameplay and champion select being 2 important areas.
I would propose a slight reduction to minion spawn times (10-20 seconds or so earlier than current), quicker speed of minions spawn/ exp/ passive gold (to make game overall faster without changing the mechanics too much, and buffing champions that fall off late game a little to compensate). 40-50 minutes every other game (plus a while in champion select & waiting to get in a game) and even more for high MMR players = hugely discourages people from continuing to play the game. You need to really look at this area, Riot.
Additionally and I know this won't be popular because of the community mentality of "never surrender", I think a ff vote should pass if 3 people vote yes. Too often I've been stuck in games with trolls/ afkers/ inters (or simply a lost game where we're so incredibly behind there's a statistically infinitesimal chance of victory) that go on for 40 or 50 minutes... And 1 or 2 people will keep voting no just to spite others because they're frustrated and want to waste time. This shouldn't be allowed to happen.
i agree with you on most parts, but allowing just 3 people to end the game would be detrimental to the overall experience... maybe if after 35min 3 people could surrender it would be better since people wouldnt just surrender at 20 cuz theyre just slightly behind.
