Damage will be lower.
Tanks will be useful.
The most cancerous champions (
etc.) will be less cancerous and will have less ban rate.
Teams will be more balanced in damage (AD/AP) and full AD comps will be less common.
Some useless items will be more useful.

boricCentaur11 votesDarius counters tanks, Aatrox also don't care, irelia also doesn't care, pyke especially doesn't care, yas doesn't care. Zed would be in the SAME spot unless it's base armor being buffed.
The only champions you hurt are the ones that get fucked by cc and the adcs.
Also that means jax is buffed,darius is buffed, Irelia is buffed SINCE THEY ALL BUILD ARMOR.
Buffing armor doesn't do anything in top lane and it doesn't do anything for lane other lane.
Top lane is full of sustain damage right now meaning unless you break armor top lane will be the same.
