Can we have reduced LP/MMR loss if someone on our team isn't on their main role?

Constantly losing games because someone didn't get their main role and is and trying out a new champion in top lane against a 1 million mastery one trick, because they're only losing 3 LP on their main role and don't care whether they win or lose, is getting really fucking old.

There is no need. Once the system calibrates, players will be at the right mmr even on off roles. Riot just wanted too long so the system needs to undo 3 years of mixed mmr placing people in the wrong place on the ladder.
